From Foundations to Skylines
Majeed Builders was established in 2020 by Abdul Majeed as a partnership firm with a straightforward goal: to build homes in Islamabad that families would be proud of for generations. Starting in Bahria Enclave, we completed our first 1 Canal residential project and delivered it to full client satisfaction.
Word spread quickly within the community. We went on to deliver multiple projects across Bahria Enclave — ranging from 5 Marla to 1 Canal homes — each completed to the same standard of quality, transparency, and honest pricing.
Today, with a growing team of 25+ professionals and ongoing projects in Park View City and Saif Garden, Majeed Builders continues to be a trusted name for residential construction across Islamabad.

Majeed Builders (Partnership) founded in Islamabad by Abdul Majeed.
Completed first residential project — a 1 Canal, 2-floor home in Bahria Enclave Sector C.
Delivered two more projects in Bahria Enclave: an 8 Marla home in Sector G and a 10 Marla home in Sector M.
Expanded portfolio with a 5 Marla home in Sector M and grew the team to 25+ professionals.
Broke ground on new projects in Park View City (Overseas Block) and Saif Garden, Islamabad.
